GOOD NEWS!!!

I'm sure that most people are not too excited when they check their mail and see "Department of Homeland Security" in the return address field on two envelopes, but I couldn't have been more excited!!!! I knew that this was good news for us, albeit a small bit of good news, but good news nonetheless!!!! Inside was our appointment to be fingerprinted!! And to my relief it is scheduled for right AFTER we get home from China. I was worried that it was going to be scheduled while we were gone. Anyway, a sigh of relief as now I feel like we're actually getting somewhere. NOW, if only I'd get the phone call with our referral!!!! I'll keep you posted.
